PeggleFrank
Sometimes when fast travelling or loading a new cell (usually after 10-15 minutes of play), the loading screen stutters, and the cell loads with only a few assets loaded. This includes the sky, the landscape, and my currently equipped weapon; sounds don't play, the pipboy doesn't work, and I'm bound by odd invisible walls that give me the ability to enter another cell, as if there was a door there. However, upon using this door, I get an infinite loading screen. I have the NMC small texture pack with ENBoost and NVAC. I've also added an NVSE.ini with memory settings, identical to the ones I have set for skyrim, but that hasn't helped; I'm not sure if NVSE actually recognizes the .ini as one of it's own. I would assume this happens because I'm hitting the 256mb limit and one of my mods is preventing the game from closing, forcing it to load a world with only a few basic assets loaded. Hitting F4 to reset the VRAM via ENBoost doesn't seem to do anything; on skyrim, this causes a stutter (and a few following stutters as I look around myself and it reloads the game's assets), but this doesn't seem to do anything on F:NV. I've also tried using a few mods meant to assign a button to clearing the VRAM... these don't appear to work either. I have 2gb VRAM and 16gb RAM, with a GTX 760 and an i7. I'm running ENB, obviously, and I can run it at a constant 60 FPS, although it sometimes dips down to 40-50 in heavy crowded areas. Quicksaving and then loading the quicksave after a restart loads the save game perfectly. All of my followers are there, all objects seem to load in correctly, and I can load new cells via doors/fast travel a few times before the problem arises again. I'm not really sure how to fix this because I haven't found an SSME equivalent for F:NV. Help would be appreciated. http://i.imgur.com/2NDWb6Z.jpg
JimboUK
My first thought is you're running too many mods, anything over 139 or sometimes lower can cause things not to load, that said I've never seen anything this bad, there's not a sign that the game is even looking for meshes and textures.
