PoliteRaider
This is looking really great. I've joined the steam community group and I'm following the game on steam, looking forward to seeing how things turn out. Good luck with this game.
UhuruNUru
While I understand your reasons for using Greenlight and Kickstarter previously, I have a fundamental objection to both of these funding methods (Greenlight leads to Early Access). Kickstarter take 10%, Steam 30%+, before the project even starts, I back the project, not the Leeches. I will only crowdfund direct to the devs, my main, motivation for crowdfunding, is to keep the games IP in the devs control, not take on the risk, and let a Publisher "steal" the IP. This can be achieved with full crowdfunding, indeed often it's the only way to achieve it. So let me pledge all my money to the project, as an option, I expect a Project Startup Target, but I set no time limit, to reaching that target. The Reward I expect, for this, is also a factor, so I'll make that clear now as well. I expect the Game, nothing more. That means I demand an offline installation, without any Store Client Requirement. I prefer a DRM Free, GOG release, but the installer is the only requirement. I'm all for other options, if required, I have no exclusivity clauses. Let me pledge direct, whatever other choices are offered, you get all my money. Steam and/or Kickstarter, will get none of it

RoyBatterian
Will you be working on the rendering code to take aspect ratio into account with different FOV's to reduce the fisheye effect?
Darkrder
UE4 has really good support for all aspect ratios. Things like FoV and menus/UI scaling correctly to your aspect ratio are usually a non issue. As long as the FoV isn't set too high fish eye shouldn't be an issue either, but we will have a FOV setting in the options menu so that folks can adjust their display as needed. RoyBatterian
What is the FOV in the video? I noticed a lot of fisheye in it which is why I asked. Here's a nice article from one of the programmers at Gearbox who worked on the rendering for Borderlands 2, it explains what I've mentioned. http://www.gearboxsoftware.com/2013/07/inside-the-box-field-of-view/
