Ren's Beauty Pack preventing game progression?

So, I recently installed Ren's Beauty Pack and I can get into the game, however the opposing prisoner won't speak to me so neither the king, nor his guards will show up. Thus, disallowing me from actually progressing in the game. Am I missing an update of some sort? I've Shivering Isles and the Knights of The Nine installed if that helps any~

Install the Unofficial Oblivion Patch. You need the fix for custom races, and the UOP includes it. It should load right after the ESM files. I recommend using BOSS to sort your load order, anyway.

Load Ordering - http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/finishinstall/loadorder <-- BOSS recognizes and sorts over 10000 ESPs. Use the template on this page to place the plugins it does not recognize in appropriate locations (if there are any "unknowns.") That page has links and installation information for BOSS (which is not much at all.)

 

 

Edit: The UOP makes the Custom Race Fix obsolete, but either one will resolve your current issue. However, the UOP fixes thousands of bugs in the game.
