David Brasher
An easy way to change textures is to copy an existing textures, open it up in Gimp or Photoshop, and change colors and details. Here is the link to one tutorial. There are other tutorials available on that same site too. Better Retextures Tutorial Does the owner of this shop already sell spells? If not you will have to check the box "Spells" under "Buys/Sells." Are the other functions of your merchant working? If the merchant won't sell anything, then he or she is in the wrong class or does not have the right AI Package. The utility program BSA Commander can be useful for getting into Bethesda archives. If you want to do modding, you will want to unpack a whole bunch of vanilla meshes and textures and things from places like Oblivion\Data\Oblivion - Meshes.bsa
