Combat and Jump not working.

new development,

seems the bug only activates when my character exceeds his encumbrance. So whenever I go past an encumbrance of 275 in the begining he can still walk but is unable to swing his blade or jump. I attempted toggling tgm but its still in effect. Also tried out the codec suggestion didnt seem to work.

I think you mean over encumbered, haha...

yes but the thing is, normally when encounbered you can attack at least, at least I can. I attempted this, I moddified strength to be 255 so I would have a weight limit of 1275 and still I couldnt jump or attack. It also doesnt let me run, just walk. And I cant toggle running with q or caps lock.

Oh, well, the not being able to run thing is different. That plagues my game all of the time, and a simple restart fixes it. Make sure "bUse Joystick" is set to 0 in the Oblivion.ini (Documents\My Games\Oblivion).

I think it has something to do with items. Everytime I pick up an object that has any weight it causes it to happen. It says that im over encoumbered which I wouldnt be since again my encumbrance is 1275 at max. and only hold about 500 in weight. Ill check the joy stick

you're using the Unofficial Oblivion Patch

but not the Unofficial SI patch

and not the unofficial official mods patch (for KOTN)

 

that's a large number of mods - not to have a Bashed Patch (from Wrye Bash)

 

and you really should consider running that load order through BOSS (found on tesnexus)

yeh Im new to this modding thing. I use obmm to manage files ill look into those other patches.
