velociraptor24
Not sure what is causing this, but here is my list of mods.http://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/16/25/86/14/captur10.pnghttp://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/16/25/86/14/captur11.pnghttp://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/16/25/86/14/captur12.pnghttp://i39.servimg.com/u/f39/16/25/86/14/2014-018.jpg<------Example
M48A5
Did you use LOOT to set your load order or did you do this yourself? You have compatibility patches loading before the mods they are patching. My guess about your problem would be something that changes the eyes, maybe the two tkEyelashesFNV that you have installed. Or it might be that New Vegas Redesigned includes tkEyelashesFNV and that is where the conflict lies.
velociraptor24
I use LOOT to organize my mods by the way, because I trust it will usually be right. And I believe deleting the eyelash mod fixed it, thank you. Edited August 25, 2014 by velociraptor24

Compatibility patches are to be loaded after the last mod they are patching. As you can see from your load order, the WMX-EVE-NoDLC.esp is not placed correctly. You should be using B.O.S.S. for sorting your load order. Edited August 25, 2014 by M48A5
