Texture Issues with HGEC

So recently I've been starting to attempt to smooth out any incompatibilities with my Oblivion mods as I've reached the point where anything I'll download from here on out will probably be either a quest mod, house mod, or item mod.

 

So when walking along a road I noticed an interesting texture issue on two traveling people.

Anyone know what would be causing this? I am using the latest HGEC OMOD Version.

That looks normal, Oblivion body seam issues... If you want better textures, get navetsea's F-INev Skin Set or Ozmo's High Res texture pack. The former seems to be better (matter of opinion), but it only provides textures for the vanilla races. I cannot link those pages, but you can find these packs by searching by member name easily enough.
