Fast Travel

Grid Change

Auto Save

When it rains (I have yet to determine if this is part of the problem)

You need to upgrade Streamline. If you did not modify the INI file, I can imagine where at least one of the problems is coming from... Do not use Oblivion's autosaves. If you are using Streamline's, that is fine.

Edit: Be sure to grab the DR hotfix from the DR Nexus page (at the bottom) as well. This load order is not sorted properly either. Get rid of the KT Custom Race fix, as its fix is already included in the Unofficial Oblivion Patch.

Ok, sorted my load order with boss, using stutter remover with streamline 3.1 optimized for the stutter remover, using the cd and it STILL crashed just by changing areas.

Basically, you have too many cosmetic mods installed (as in more than ONE). You need to pick one, and drop the others... I really do not recognize half of the plugins in that load order, basically everything that is toward then (that BOSS did not sort?)

I reinstalled the game, patched it up, bash patched it, got rid of a defective mod, used boss to fix my load order, bla bla bla, etc. and STILL crashes when changing cells....This game is ridiculous with the crashing now....

 

Any other suggestions other than the ones posted here already?

You could drop all of the mods that BOSS does not recognize. Read the BOSS log for compatibility information too. You're using a pretty complex LO, between the script-centric mods and the pluggy-dependent mods...
