The tides of fate. In my world, the tides of fate must prepare your place into that which is beyond. When you take your life into your own hands, and end it, these tides are out of place and the agency of fate has no culmination prepared for your story. This is the deadly sin. Know, that should you cast yourself into that abyss, there will be no returning; there will never come any reprieve from the sorrow of today, or of a season. But should you hang on, even unto the bitter end, fate will carry you, as a precious child of Earth, and peace will come to you as assuredly as the Sun appears each day at the dawn. Preserve yourself, child, persist, and life shall itself set you free.
