Looking for the BEST Fallout experience possible!!!!&#

I am looking for a list of quality game enhancing mods. I have fallout for the Xbox, but I recently got the PC version when I got my new computer. Tonight was my first attempt at modding FO3, and I had some mods cause a problem when FO loaded and caused it to hang. So below is going to be a list of must have types of mods. Please let me know if there is a prerequired file that needs to be installed before the mod can work.

Prostitution mod - can’t wander the wasteland without sex

Level cap increase

 

Also any other recommendations would be cool

Any help with these would be awesome. I am looking to get completely immersed into the PC version of this game. I know that playing this on Xbox is like going to church camp...lol. Please make this the best fallout experience possible. I am counting on you guys.
