Fonger
guess its time for you to start deactivating mods until the problem goes away

arsenalw80
Start a new game, and duplicate it.What do you mean by "duplicate it"? And I have started a new game but it still does it, Are my Mr. Burke files corrupted or something?
fap6000
If you are using mods it could be a master conflict with whatever script starts when Mr burke gets talkie to. So no the Mr burke data isn't corupt, or even the cause. That script an also the dialog mlight be, but it's a stretch. By duplicate I mean. There's random problems that happen in fallout 3. Whenever I have a problem I first try to duplicate it, this rules out the random problems an tells me it's something in my load order. Since you have the same problem over an over even in a new game (duplicated as in ruled out random cause, an corupted save games) Something in the load order is conflicting. You can fix this with FO3edit. If there isn't any mods for you to fix, because you are only using the vanilla game. Then your computer system is configured in a way which is causing problems. Here's a shot in the dark, are you using the 1.7 game patch? Did you get .net framework (the whole familiy) from microsoft update?
