Fallout 3 Crashes on start up. Help

Fallout 3 has been crashing about 1 second after start up right after I installed FOOK and FWE. It's probably obviously a problem in my load order but after comparing lists and trying for hours. I have no idea what's wrong.

You cannot run FOOK and FWE together. Choose on or the other.

Like M48A5 said and that version of FOIP for MMM and FOOK2 is not for that version of MMM and probably not even that version of FOOK2.
