teamjh14
I'm playing FO3 this morning, and I'm going through the quest to kill Roy Phillips. I happened upon a Glowing One, and shot him while hidden. I got a critical hit, but he loses NO health whatsoever! I'm thinking, Okay, I have a bunch of mods, so maybe one of those messed something up. So I unload all of my mods (DLC too, nothing other than Fallout3.exe), and it still occurs. I turned on God Mode and shot him to death, so it's possible to kill these guys. Took me five minutes. They have just somehow inherited an ungodly amount of health. Any clue how this might've happened? And how I can fix it?
Fonger
once a NPC is generated, removing a mod that influenced its stats may not remove the super-stats. while the mods are deactivated, spawn a glowing one and see if its more killable if it is, one of your mods is making super ghouls. something like Placeatme 1CF7B 1 its remotely possible that you were in a high radiation zone and it was regenerating while you whittled on it. More killable. Something cool about that phrase... That was exactly the case. Turns out the Unofficial Patch loaded before MMMF will produce super ghouls (glowing ones anyway). Wonder why? Didn't know that activating/deactivating didn't effect what has already been spawned so that was quite helpful. Plus I don't feel so bad about cheating to kill the unstoppable glowing one.
