Nexus Set
If you want to continue using those mods, i suggest you install Coronerras Maximum Compatibility Skeletons 'cause they seem to be rigged differently.

razorpony
I don't have any of these mods but I've made and modified several meshed in Blender. This appears to be a rigging issue. It looks like certain vertices in the mesh are weighted improperly so instead of moving with the skeleton they fly off into the horizon. The only way to fix something like that is to edit the mesh and fix the weight painting. -Razorpony

yeldarb
I don't know how to fix this, but it is the tailslot rigging that causes it.
