It is just a modders resource. There are no real textures to speak of or a plugin to add it into the game. I had a babysitter at my house yesterday so I was able to make it to this point. Somebody else will have to finish it up...although there is not much else to be done other than textures and a plugin. And yes, the handle and sword can be colored to look like anything...could be made to look like glass, wood or shiny metal. That part is up to the texture artist.
