Skyrim HD - 2K Textures by Nebula

I tried installing this mod today. There are five different parts to download

 

Dungeons

Landscape

Towns

Misc.

Riften

 

I'm apparently only able to have Riften along with one other active at once. Can anybody tell me why that is? I thought we're supposed to be able to install them all at once.

You can have them all active. Do you use a mod manager like Nexus Mod Manager or Mod Organizer?

I also use all of them in my game along with Flora overhaul, Climates of Tamriel, HD Clothing, and HD Armor packs.

When installing with mod manager, when prompted to replace the previous 2k you installed, press no. That way it will install like normal and you can have all of them.

I did that and they all say they are working now. Although I am confused a little on why they are needing updates and saying that the newest releases are 1.6 while I only see releases for 1.5, any help?

They don't need an update. NMM checks for the highest version of a mod available, which is the 1.6 riften file. However the other files don't have newer versions so it says you need to update them, but you don't and can't. Ignore the message or manually change the version numbers to 1.6.
