FOSE and 2 mods conflicting-ish

I have two mods with conflicting folders that they need to run, because in the data folders mod A has a folder it needs called 'textures', and mod B has another one called 'Textures'. Is there any way to work around this and make it so I can play both mods?

 

On the FOSE problem, it keeps telling me xlive.dll not found, and when I DL and place xlive.dll in the FO 3 GOTY folder, it tells me i need msidcrl40.dll , so I did the same thing for that. Then it starts up, but I don't even see a title screen nor a tab at the bottom of my monitor. Running windows XP 64-bit edition. I am of course running the fose_loader.exe. Under task manager>proccesses, I see fallout3.exe pop up for maybe 1/10-4/10 of a second, then go away. Any ideas?
