Crashing/Freezing on levelup and F9?

Ive been battling against the mods for 6hours now and i must give up... I just don't get it???

 

What the heck is the problem here, game runs very nicely and loads from main menu without any problem,

but if i level up or try to quickload/normal load ingame the game freezes. In levelup screen the game halts totally

after i have chosen new skills/perks and wish to continue by pressing A or choosing it with mice and if i press

the quickload F9 the game either instantly freezs or goes to the loading state, but never finishes it?

A small update.

 

I managed to load in Vanilla FO3 in the begining in vault 101, but on my main character in Anchorage the game

freezes instantly if i quickload or normal load... I also unchecked Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Anchorage.esp and than

the game let me to the loading screen... Though it never did finish it... I'm so close to the solution that i can feel it.

The game crashes also in capital wasteland from old save... Please don't tell me i have to start the whole freaking game from the beginning...

Okay... I was pretty tired when i was doing this and forgot to mention that i already have FOIP for MMM+ FOOK2 and WMK + FOOK2 and i was using mart's mutant mod - increased increased spawns.esp of the two possible options.

It seems that i also had added that Perk mod last night xD

 

Ill start a new game and see how does it workout.

 

Ill play up to Megaton and try saving/loading/leveling to see if those saves that i have simply are corrupted.
