Azura's star as a black soul gem.

I know this has been an idea for a while, and ive found a few dead posts about it around the internet. I was just wondering if anyone was working on something like this? From the sound of it, it seems like it would be a total pain in the ass.

From the Oblivion CS Wiki:

 

Black Soul Gems, as well as Azura's Star, are hard coded into the game - the Construction Kit can not replicate their attributes in any simple manner.

 

Yeah, it's pretty much impossible.

 

There is this mod: Black Azura's Star

 

When it's in your inventory and you use up your black soulgems, it gives you another. So, kind of like Azura's Star.

 

I haven't played this mod, but it sounds promising.

It's in the title: 'Azura's star as a black soul gem.'

Which could mean:

 

1. Changing the model to that of a Black Soul Gem.

 

2. Making it work exactly like a regular black soul gem.

 

or 3. Making it able to trap souls of NPC's AS WELL as creature souls.

 

Pretty vague.
