I don't remember getting any but I never remember to use them anyway so I might have done so without noticing. Fame points will affect the way people treat you but to be honest if you have been playing for a while the chances are it won't make a lot of difference. There are no Doomstones or any kind of stones in Morrowind that give you anything. You are thinking of Oblivion. From what I have seen/read, the Luck Of The Emperor is the only power that you get in the game, besides I think you get different stuff when you become a vampire, but that can be removed...
