EEE123456789123456789123
Hi GuysI had the exact same issue with the ownership of lakeview manor. My issue came to light quite late in game when i sided with the imperials and lost ownership in the process.. I have found a post which solved my issue. 1.)open the console 2.) Look up the Cell ID of your house use "help BYOHHouse1Falkreath" for Lakeview Manor, "help BYOHHouse2Hjaalmarch" for Windstad Manor or "help BYOHHouse3Pale" for Heljarchen Hall 3.) Type setcellownership <Cell ID> For Example: setcellownership 05002fec Hope this helpsI did this and it did not work, is there a way to make the house appear? Deleted31005User
Each quest has its own ID, I never tried this but its just an idea, how about you set the stage of those quests and perhaps this will make the Lakeview workbench appear?https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Build_Your_Own_HomeWat happens if you set the stage of the Lakeview quest at the beginning with console commands? lakeview quest = BYOHHouseFalkreathstarting stage = 15, 17, 30 and then 100 for actually owning the land and going there, so 100 should activate the workbenches but try the previous stages before that to see what happens. So console command should look something like this:setstage BYOHHouseFalkreath 15 again, I don't know if this will work, just throwing an idea out there since you can't get the quest, but with other quests that got stuck on my games in the past I always fixed it by looking up the quests online, then knowing what stages are involved, and forcing the stuck stage I'm at with console command to continue, https://en.uesp.net website is perfect for this since it actually tells you this stuff, other websites won't.
