I don't know whether to post this here or in the Lounge, but I'm posting it here because it's art-related. Ever remember a movie from a long time ago, thought grabbed your interest and rattled and wouldn't let go, but you could never figure out what it was? Well I was in this situation just now so that's what I made this topic for: describe a movie and others try to name it.

Okay so I'll start: I was watching this movie when I was a kid, in which a man was picked up by a crane and dropped into what appeared to be a giant dumpster full of trash. He then got out of it, covered in trash, and started maniacally chasing this other man who looked terrified. I can't remember if the man in the trash acted sane or like a zombie or something. The next scene was some sort of governmental meeting in some type of conference room, and this guy with some huge gun that I think looked futuristic came in and threatened to kill, or maybe killed one of the suits who seemed to be the head of it, probably a dictator, maybe the president. It's not a lot of info, because that's all that I watched, but maybe it gives someone a clue as to what I'm talking about? Thanks.
