less trees or disable trees mod?

Well, you could probably just reduce the draw distance to the lowest settings. There may be an .ini tweak you could do, but I'm really not sure about that. Is there a reason why you wish to remove all of the trees?

my game stutters outside quite a bit, Ive downloaded every performance mod i could my hands on and it still stutters i also removed shadows still stutters than i did a test and started disabling trees around riverwood and it stopped. its because it loads trees more than a couple of feet from me ive gone into skyrim.ini and changed ugridstoload=0 and even -99999999 but they still show more than a couple feet from my stuttering my game everythings set to the lowest it can go in options.

P.P.S. Also, are you sure it's safe to set uGridsToLoad that low? If I understand how uGrids works, I would think that means cells are just not loading all the way - rendering quests impossible because they wont start. I'm not an authority on this though, so don't quote me on it. I could be dead wrong on the uGrids thing.

If you have ULG running and can't get the game to run - I really don't think you ever will. I suggest updating your PC before you try playing the game, as it seems your current rig is simply not capable of playing games at all. Just my personal assesment on it - trying to be honest with you here.

 

P.S. I'm really curious what your specs are, if you could share them that would be great.

its not that i cant play the game, Its just slightly stuttering when im outdoors, I have an acer

aspire 5532

amd athlon processor tf-20 1.60ghz

3gb ram 2.75 gb usable

64 bit

windows 7 service pack 1

 

its an annoying 1 to 2 second random freeze then runs fine for a bit then starts again only outdoors

Since you're using a laptop, your issue is you GPU - it's too weak to really handle the game. Plus, your CPU is slow, and you're under the required amount of RAM for the game. However, if you can play the game with only occasional stutter I suppose that's a start. What is your average FPS?

it improved when i run it in windowed mode and ran something to make it fullscreen, ill try to moniter the fps and get back to you on what fps i get outdoors

i get 30 at loading screen 60 when i pause 30-32 indoors 12 to 14 outdoors when it doesnt stutter 5 to 0 when it stutters for a slight second or two
