Snow covered rocks texture error

I'm having some problem with certain snow covered objects in the game, specifically stone, and while the issue does not always occur on the entire object, it is most commonly seen on the sides, or on top of objects like steps. The issue can also be observed on the map as well, so I'm assuming it's a conflict in snow textures being used.

The issue is also not consistent across an entire object, showing distinct lines in the snow where a texture on the left looks fine, and on the right, the texture looks stretched, low resolution, and otherwise ugly as hell.

Picture of the steps outside Bleak Falls Barrow. Notice the two-toned line separating the two textures? The good looking one on the left and the ugly one on the right? Something is tell it to use two different textures for the same space, because of some sort of rule saying it needs to use texture A instead of B. It looks as if it's trying to use a special texture for when the ice is only partially covering the rock, leaving a super ugly rock texture below.

Here's a picture of the map showing similar snow texture artifacts:

Here's a good example of how I can have killer HD snow on the ground, but right next to it on the wall reverts back to the same ugly texture:

Another ice covered wall example, same area, different time of day:

Another example of a ledge where the snow is good looking on the ground, and on top of the ledge, but not on the sides:

Addendum.

If anyone has every had issues such as this, and recalls which landscape mods they used that caused it, I would be in your debt.

Cheers

That's vanilla snow on the the Rocks and such that you can see.

Don't think it can be fixed.

Nah, totally fixable. I'm just being a great big derp and not organizing my textures properly. The map is a perfect example, people all over the world have managed to mod their map without getting the ugly look that I'm getting.

Just fixed one item in my mod order that got mixed up somehow. Added a LOOT rule as per the Better Dynamic Snow page that recommended I place BDS after Ruins Clutter Improved and before SMIM.

The problem looks like I'm overwriting quality textures with old ugly vanilla ones, but I can't figure out where in the mod order I'm doing this. The picture of the stairs is a good example of this, having the step split down the middle with proper texture to the left and improper textures to the right. Someone has bound to have had this same problem before.
