If there's something out there that I don't know about feel free to message me, but I am no good at modding, and even worse on the toolset. most of all I hate how "black" eye shadow looks more like coal dust and baby powder mixed. Drab grey at best.PLEASE, I beg, if anyone knows how to do this with out toolset, and make it for the CC ingame.. I would love you forever, and ever.
