tgpardu
Does anyone know at which character level Oblivion opens its top tier of creatures/loot/etc...? I'm not asking what the highest level a character can attain is, which I know is capped by the character's ability to gain new skill levels. I'm asking at what level have you seen the worst Oblivion has to throw at you. You know, you go into a portal at level one and everything is stunted scamps and clanfear runts. You go back into a portal at level 20 and you're staring at Xivali and Spider demons! Also, what is the highest level of sigil stone, and at which player level are those present? feel free to foward me to another thread is this has already been discussed  Thanks! yeldarb
I checked the levelled items in the CS and level 30 is the highest level for any upgrades to vanilla items.Trancendant Sigil stones are the highest and appear at level 17.Gaurds and creatures that have a level set over your character will always be the worst opponents. ThanksI knew about the guards and creatures keying off your level. It can be annoying at times, but I have to say it keeps the game far more interesting than in TES3 where you could basically overpower everything in the game before you got close to finishing the main quest line. There's something very boring about being able to walk around pimp slapping everything without repurcussion... I was just worried about tweeking a new character too much to reach a high enough level to see everything in the Vanilla game.
BlackerrR
If you install FCOM, you'll never have to 'worry' 'bout it.
