how can i do a mod ?

hello everyone

i' m an italian boy , and don' t speak much properly english , so please forgive me for the errors :(

time ago , I played oblivion , skyrim and the witcher ; I liked this videogames ,especially skyrim , so I started to find some sites where i colud take mods for making better my gamesxperience . So i found skyrim nexus . Now year have passed from my iscription to the nexus , but only now i have a particular request that I can ' t accomplish ; i wanna create a mod , so that i can put my personal artistic modification and exception to a game like skyrim or dark soul 2 . I tryed to find some italian site where i could learn how to do a mod , but unfortunately i haven' t find nothing :( also , i want to learn a better english , so maybe it will be better a foreign site

So , can you please help me to learn how to doing a mod , even simple ? i didn' t find how to do in the nexus site , i found only THE mods , but not how to do A mod
