FCOM missing meshes and invisible items

Clean install, followed the first time user guide perfectly, and I'm using BOSS. I get missing meshes and invisible items on some enemies. Some things that are invisible or have missing meshes are :

 

Chaindress

Bronze Chain ______ (Item set)

Golden Mithril Cuirass

Red Leather Greaves

 

Does anyone know what specific mod these are from, or how to fix this problem?

either you missed installing a BSA

 

or you forgot to activate Archive Invalidation (suggest the mod by that name)
