grinphase
It is SOLVED! I did a much more intensive search this time around and looked up every single tweak I made, compatibilty requirements etc etc. Re-installed every single mod one by one on a clean save as you suggested. And Valkasha be praised, I found the problem; Skyrim Realistic Weather Overhaul.Though I must admit that it raises a few more questions as; Why now? I had that mod some time already. Anyway, you certainly made my day and I thank you for it! --On side note; This method of re-installing gave me the opportunity to check each and every mod with Loot. And it sorted out some Dirty Plugins that I wasn't able to find before; -Fx Lighting Fix (for the Whiterun texture overhaul)-Bard's Lute-Cloaks of Skyrim I have heard of some mods that actually require the dirty part, so I just want to know; Is it ok to use these despite them being a dirty plugin? I'm aware of the Tes5edit cleaning option, but as using that for mods isn't exactly recommended for non-modders, I just need to know a yes or no for those three. Valkasha
Dirty edits found by LOOT are nearly always safe to clean unless the mod page states otherwise. But then most popular/older mods that don't require cleaning won't get the cleaning message anyway.
chrishpz
I know this topic is old, but I'll comment anyway. I think the problem stems from the game itself, in my case SSE. I happened upon this bug in a mod that I'm actually making. It doesn't have any dependencies other than SSE. I'm not using any mods in the testing phases. But I get the water squares up in the damned sky which are unselectable in Creation Kit 64 altogether. Like the original poster, this bug just appeared out of nowhere for me. Adding insult to injury, this rogue water up in the sky can't be selected in Creation Kit.
Nacoran
I just deleted 'corral stand alone' and fixed it in my game, (I know, zombie topic). It disappeared before when I took a whiterun mod out and seemed to be running fine with some new mods, but pulling out the corral, even although it had been in the load order a while, seems to have fixed it. My blacksmith drowned the first time it happend.
