ReaverMyst Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 I know what the problem is, your installing Fallout 3 to the programs files folder, you need to install it in a new folder like "Games" it's a common bug with games and windows 7 I know this because I spent 3 hours tackling this issue with my friend last night xD If this issue isn't fixed by this, then your gonna have to either get a new lappy or forget about this game, laptop parts are more trouble then their worth and 9 times out of 10, you have to replace the entire motherboard in the laptop to replace the video chipset.
