CTD with Mods Only during "Hail Sithis!" questline

So this is driving me absolutely bonkers. My game runs %100 fine with my mods installed normally, but soon as I start the Dark Brotherhood Quest "Hail Sithis" questline, it shits itself around whiterun, where I NEED to go for the quest.

 

I've narrowed it down using the on/off method with Mod Organizer. It's somthing after Elysiumestate.esp But I can't find the particurlar mod that kills it.
