Where To Download winRar for Free?

I was curious of where to get it for free because the one i have is about to expire in three days it says unless i purchase a license for it. So i guess i downloaded a trial. All help appreciated. (No illegal software please, if i have to purchase it i will.)

 

P.S. I just need it for extracting mods.

no free version that I've heard of...but you can still use the trial version after it expires, it just keeps saying that you should buy a license every time you open it....license's only $30 anyways.

I suggest a better alternative 7zip. It supports all current versions of windows and also has a 64bit version, free.

Winrar is always a try before you buy deal. However, 7-zip is completely FREE for anyone who wants to use it. And in my opinion a bit better than winrar and just as good as many commercial products costing more than Winrar.

It works great and you can't beat the price.

To just extract I have had fun with IZArc for years, it almost open and extract ANYTHING packed even *NIX formats like .tgz and .tar files. And it is free ware.
