It seems the maker has not been around going on near four years since there last post anywhere on the site.

I posted the problem here in detail:

And this is the mod in question:

Thanks, I hope someone can help/fix it, or even add a file to try, or any way to easily resolve the issue.

When I downloaded this mod to look at it I did not have the same problem as you. The zip file was packed correctly.

The game is expecting the following:

\meshes\clutter\bedroll.nif

ALL of the ".dds" files go

\textures\menus\icons\clutter

That should fix your problem.

You may have .zip configured, or told it to unpack without preserving the original file structure; that is a Zip option. You could also try re-opening the zip file and make sure that you have it set to preserve the original file structure.

P.S. The Yellow marker indicates a missing mesh, and cannot be picked back up or otherwise do anything to it. Without a mesh to tell the game how to interact with the world, the game doesn't know what to do, and whether it is supposed to be a bedroll or a rock, etc.

THANK YOU MUCH!

That info was very clear, and made a big difference in leading me in the needed direction I had to go.

It helped lots! :-)

However, it brought good out come, though it led me to discover the mod has a coding/scripting problem.

It is NOT necessarily a BAD thing, the mod still can be used. You just have to choose an alternate chose when picking an option when choosing to sleep/rest.

When you activate the bedroll, the pop up brings up a sleep screen, you can choose 2hrs, 4hrs, 5, etc etc., but when you say choose the 2, it does some cool sleep thingy, but when you come out of it, it then (the script) sort of loops and wont stop until you hit the (T) and cancel out, or you sit there sort of stuck.

But thank goodness they did give you option to choose (normal sleep window), and that seems to work somewhat and by passing the cool option that is sort of buggy...

So, least I can get my sleep though while out scouting!

Smiles....
