Trying to figure out why I have missing textures

I'm having an issue with missing textures on people. Haven't got past the character generation yet, because where I should get faces, I now get an empty grey screen (not the whole screen, just where the face should be). Of course James and whoever the female doctor from Rivet City is, can’t remember her name at this point have the giant red exclamation points on them too.

 

I’ve just started my second steam reinstall, yay for unlimited bandwidth (and backing up data folders now) and doing a clean install this time, but if anyone has any idea of what might be causing this I’d be appreciative, thanks.

 

I am using Breezes male body and skinny type 3 for replacers, and I also have the following mods running (exported the load order)

What you are experiencing are missing meshes, not textures. This is usually the result of an improperly installed mod. You should open the copy of the download mod and also a copy of the Fallout 3 mesh file and check to make sure you have all the meshes that were download installed properly. If you find and mesh folder in the fallout3/data/mesh folder, that is what is causing the problem. Or it could be that the mesh file was never installed.

 

I do not see a body mod that is a requirement of most of your clothing mods.
