I'm used to this with Bethesda games, but LOOT is telling me everything's all good. Something also to note, in order for All Natural to even install I had to make a Wyre Bash patch. One more thing, even running the game in vanilla causes the game to crash before the title screen now. ZZZ02
it looks like you activated All Natural - Indoor Weather Filter For Mods.esp which is not supposed to be activated. and it says on your file that you are not supposed to use illumination within AND illumination without at the same time. other than that, I don't see anything else. BangaaDragoon
Already fixed the illumination mod (since LOOT said it was a problem). I'll check all weather later today
d181sp1
Did you install OBSE? All Natural requires it.
BangaaDragoon
My problem was that I was running on Windows 7 Home Premium (least that's why it was still crashing when I installed Vanilla again). I fixed it by deleting the Oblivion.ini So, now I'm installing mods one at a time and seeing if anything bad happens
d181sp1
Don't think it's because of Windows7. It's running fine on my Win7 Ult 64 and my son's Win7 Home Premium 64 just fine. I've got over 200 mods running and he's using the digital deluxe(?) version and about a dozen mods. Both systems Oblivion is installed to the default location. Out of curiosity, why do you suspect it's win7 home premium causing it? Might be handy if he has issues down the road.
BangaaDragoon
I've read on multiple windows forums that Oblivion isnt meant to run on anything above Windows XP just because that's what the game was made for. People sometimes get immediate crashes and the fix is just to configure the compatibility setting on Oblivion.exe. However, I believe that my problem was just that a mod was messing with the Oblivion.ini, and has nothing to do with the OS
BangaaDragoon
Also, you shouldn't install Oblivion in the default directory (programs x86) because Oblivion can't pull up files stored in that location (again, because of the 64 bit os. And this is just off of windows forums, im not a tech expert). I just create a new folder in the C drive called games and put all games there.
