Fallout 3 is crashing on new game

My computer's statistics

Pentium Dual Core Cpu E5300 2.60 Ghz

Intel G41 Express Chipset

x64 Windows 7 Home Premium

I can access about 1.5 Gigabytes of free Ram

 

Anytime I attempt to play fallout 3 it comes up with a not responding and close program message, I'm fine up until the loading screen a few seconds after I press play. I've attempted the Ini. file tweak, it did nothing, I also attempted to play in both fullscreen and windowed, launched in admin mode, set the affinity so that it uses Windows XP 3, temporarily disabled my other processor, and I'm getting really annoyed, please help?

Be very carefull with using this file. It could cause your graphics chip to overhead and damage your computer.

 

The other alternative would be to purchase a computer with a dedicated graphics card that meets the requirements of the game.
