Changing menu controls?

Sorry if this is a simple question but you know while using in game menus to do things like open a box to add/remove items or buy/sell in a shop, is it possible to change these buttons from the keyboard defaults like A or E to something else?

 

I have searched in control options but couldn't see anything to change those.

Yeah i don't understand it, i would have though it could be changed, what about hotkeys?

just checked the game manual page 42

 

and its still there.

 

note - this has to be a an ingame option.

No you misunderstand, game controls in options is there, i can change buttons but im talking about in game menus, like if you open a box, desk, locker etc, at the bottom right of the item menu that pops up you can take all items out or exit, the shortcut to these is the keyboard letter A and E, i want to change these to another keyboard shortcut, just like i can change attack, block, walk etc, i want to change the games item menu buttons to something else and there's no option anywhere that i can see.
