Does one of these mods can conflict with UV (and UV 2)? as left-handed attacks doesn't increase my skills. If it is messy please help me to tidy up my load order. Thanks everyone for help.

 Do camera mods can affect UV (2)?

How can I run oblivion after a PC format??? Must I absolutely reinstall oblivion???

If you do a reformat then everything is gone. You must reinstall any programs you had, not just Oblivion.

I use OBMM to set the order of any unrecognized mods. And here is my advice on them.

After reformatting your windows registry has been recreated and it no longer has the Oblivion entries. Unless you know how to recreate those entries that oblivion places in the registry when it is installed, it is best to reinstall. Especially if you are installing to a different location - such as C:\Games\Oblivion instead of the default location. If you kept a copy of your game, mods and save games, you can copy them over after reinstalling.

Remember to patch, and to install OBSE and OBMM after you reinstall.

If you didn't have a back up, make one this time and save it somewhere off of your hard drive in case you decide to reformat again.

A good back up is to keep a copy of the data folder after patching and before any mods. This can get you back t the vanilla (unmodded) game quickly for troubleshooting.
