Download History Problem

I have a problem with my download history page. It doesn't display the mods I downloaded. Here is a picture:

Hey Push!

 

I'm having the same problem. I've downloaded about 3 mods so far in June, but they are not showing up on my download history at all.

 

I'm also seeing error messages embedded in some of the file pages like when I click on them. Something to do with server errors, it almost appears to be jibberish. But definitely a problem with my account as well.

And to make things worse it seems that I can't rate the files I downloaded.

For example the mod called Explosives made by Phitt.

Yup, got the same thing, wonder if the site going down the other day wiped out our download history.
