Missing Splash Screen and Main Screen Options

Good evening.

 

Forgive me if I've posted in the wrong area. I didn't see another area that seemed to support my subject.

 

I've been installing a slew of mods onto my Oblivion and I've been systematically checking them each time I load a set of them. They've been working great until I installed this last set of five. After I installed them the splash screen has disappeared (the screen that shows the monolithic Oblivion rune with the loading bar below it). Along with the splash screen so too have the graphics for the options in the main screen disappeared. I can hear them make a sound when I roll over them and I can select them but I can't see them. The map is intact.

 

The last five mods I installed were:

 

Realistic Fatigue

Realistic Hunger

Realistic Health

Sittable Rocks

Oblivion Graphics Extender

(which included the shaders and the support plugin)

 

My guess is that one of these overwrote the graphics for the splash screen and the main screen options. I think if I could find copies of the originals I could paste them back into where they are supposed to go but I don't know what the originals are called, where they go or where I might get them.

 

If anyone has any light to shed on this subject I would be infinitely grateful.
