Oblivion Race Balancing Project question

I have been trying to search for a link to the download but all I get are links that send me to the main page of a German forum. I even searched the forum and found the thread about the earlier 10.0 version but it also led to a dead end link that brings you back to the main page of the forum.

 

Does anyone have a working download link for this mod?

Please do not give a link to the mod on TESNexus-The German site that hosted the mod has changed drastically. Please post a link that you have verified yourself to actually work before you post..

If all else fails, just get Cobl. It has these changes (and more) all bundled in together, and is readily available right here. If you ever pick up a Cobl-dependent mod in future, too, you are already set ;)

Thanks but does that mod have a beautification feature that changes the way NPC characters look?

It includes TNR, so, yes. I suggest checking out the readme, as the feature-list is pretty long.

The drawback is I've not yet figured out how to put that in without getting some of the new races. In fact, it is sub-par in either direction. While Coble does have most of the Race Balancing Project and has TNR integrated, you're either stuck with new races if you don't want them, or if you do, it is missing some. And the RBP and TNR really don't seem to have all that much trouble with compatibility, so... I don't see the benefit of Cobl for this purpose at least.

I had the same trouble finding it. Someone in that mod detective thread managed to find it for me.
