Xyion
Hello, I have been using various different mods to try and get a new flavor for Dragon Age. I started out by using a Armor mod Gray Warden Runic Armor (Loads of people had struggled using, worked fine). I then added some Character Creation mods all worked fine together, also added Advanced Tactics then a replacement of Leiliana and so on. All worked Perfectly, I then wished to start again so I made myself a new character and that's when it all went down hill. Weapons and Armor weren't spawning even though they appeared in the other save, faces started to get messed up. So I thought fine maybe I used to many mods than I can handle so I decided to remove some try and lighten the load a no go there. Tried all the suggestions I could find, like disabling the mods saving -> quitting -> re-enabling -> loading that didn't work either tried fully re-installing the mods also was still having none of it. So I then re-installed the whole game from scratch and re-added the mods I needed essentially, all fine and dandy except for a few. The Gray Warden Runic Armor set still not appearing, the tactics mod isn't activating all the tactics slots (oddly enough tells me it's running through debug). I read a post suggesting not to even bother installing Awakenings, which I have yet to play but some mods require materials from in order to work. Just want a work around really, I think I have exhausted all the options I can think of, hopefully one you lot can shed some light on the situation. Thanks. Xyion Solved the Tactics problem. Is there anyone that can confirm what is wrong with the Grey Warden Armor?
lera213
Wow, nobody answered you. I'm guessing you figured it out? I will tell you what I do. When you start a new game, before you create your Character (new one) go to the in game downloadable tab and under installed, uncheck the mods that are checked....then create character, start game...save game after you were told to find Fergus in Castle Cousland, exit game, go back to downloadable tab and place the check mark on your mods again, start game. They should be there. I know some mods state to forceload to get items to appear but this doesn't always happen.

You should disable all of them except for your character generation mods (hair tattoo eyes skins, etc), until you get to a save point. This creates a clean save for your new characters to start out on.For your items that are still missing, you can check out HDHD's additem script. http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1131tho not all of the mod items that you have may be listed in his script, you might need to add them manually by editing the script.here's a thread that has the list of the item codes for the runic GW armor- http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/196401-grey-warden-runic-armor/page__st__10 And I know its your second post, so welcome to the nexus forums :) Hope that you enjoy our site.Tho I will recommend that you go ahead and check thru some of the threads before posting about a problem. There's a lot of common issues (like this one) that we have to tell people how to fix at least 3-4 times a month. ;)
