DrakeTheDragon
Crashing during the logo video usually is sign for a 'missing master' error, that is a required parent plugin or masterfile for another mod is missing, sometimes also fonts and other game files missing can cause this as well. We'll need your 'complete' load order in order to find out what it is that's missing or in the wrong place, not just that random listing of only a few of the mods you're using you provided up in the OP. For example, the Unofficial Official Mods Patch can impossibly be used without also having the DLC it's meant to fix, which aren't mentioned in the list.Likewise you're using the Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch, but there's nothing telling us you're actually running SI as well in there. The Oblivion Mod Manager (OBMM, also abbreviated OMM by some) is not a mod but a tool and has nothing whatsoever to do with anything here. For the Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) I could say likewise, not a mod, but in case of you using mods which require OBSE it's actually necessary to know there is OBSE on your installation.Blockhead is a DLL plugin for OBSE, as is the Stutter Remover, again no mods, but again it's good to know there's Blockhead, as it's a requirement for Oblivion Character Overhaul (OCO) v2. So in order to rule out missing master errors we need the complete 'load order' (left hand list in OBMM), rather easily obtainable from OBMM and other managers (or run your load order through BOSS once and give us the output),plugin-less or 'replacer'-type mods don't really matter for once with this, so we won't exactly need to know all those as well, but it won't hurt knowing them either (right hand list in OBMM and everything you installed manually),and a list of the DLLs inside your folder "data/OBSE/plugins" (the OBSE plugins) will become necessary as well at the point at which we are to check requirements for mods like OCO v2 and similar. As we are to find something vital that's missing, could be anything, we have to know just about everything which is present. Just giving us some sparse pointers here won't help much in this regard.

Striker879
You are using the DLCBattlehornCastle - Unofficial Patch.esp without the DLCBattlehornCastle.esp (i.e. missing master, as Drake points out).
d181sp1
Blockhead should be in the data/obse/plugins folder.
