Skyrim Crashes on Initial Loading Screen

So My Skyrim was a bit buggy, it would crash occasionally in cities, then it stopped working. It would crash when loading my save, even a new save. So I disabled all of my mods in NMM and it worked fine!

So I thought that this would be a good opportunity to move to Mod Organizer. I downloaded all of the mods I had into Mod organizer, and it doesn't work again. The only difference being that I don't have Open Cities installed. My mods in CSV format are as follows:

After installing Mod Organizer BOSS doesn't detect my mods, and TES5Edit doesn't detect them either! Also, I can't seem to find FNIS's 'GenerateFNISForUsers'

 

Can anyone help me please?

I use and recommend LOOT and when having lots of mods use Wrye Bash to check you arent missing any masters

Mod Organizer has LOOT in it, and I have Wyre Bash Installed but need some more understanding of it.

 

Also, my game doesn't ctd when loading, it stops responding, then eventually loads. It is rather annoying and increases load times significantly.
