Switch Posted May 28, 2006 Share Posted May 28, 2006 You don't need to use Photoshop. It does offer more control over quality, GIMP is probably good as well, but MS Paint can do simple BMP to JPG conversions no problem. Just use Save As. You might need to change the case of the extension though (Paint defaults to JPG) as some sites dislike uppercase. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
