Two Issues- Water Reflection problem and waiting-sleeping crash

Hey,

 

I never really got to enjoy Fallout 3 when it was released because the system I had at the time just wasn't good enough. Now I'm finally playing it again!

 

I'm experiencing two issues that keep getting in my way however. I've installed a few graphics mods so maybe one of those is causing the issues.

 

The first issue is that the water reflection texture displays as a distorted checkerboard. This makes some scenes look pretty bad.

 

 

 

Another, more serious issue I'm having is that sleeping or waiting for more than 1 hour at a time causes the game to crash to desktop.

 

Any help fixing these issues would be greatly appreciated!

Did the game operate properly before you added the graphics mods and your other mods?

 

Or, did you just install the game and start adding mods?

 

Did you unistall the graphics mods and did the game return to normal?

 

Other than posting here, what have you done to troubleshoot the problem?

I installed the mods via NMM before playing the game. I have these installed:

Dimonized Female Body Variant and Complete Armor Replacer

Diamonized Type 3

Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow

Fallout Street Lights V2

Fellout

GFWL Disable

NMCs Texture Pack

ReAnimated

 

Posting here has been my first attempt at finding an answer. I'm using the Steam, game of the year edition version.
