LE Death to the Mannequins!

Does anyone have a mod that removes mannequins from the vanilla homes?

You can click on them in the console and type disable to remove them manually.

Be very careful when you do this though. It should be easy enough to do that with mannequins but I have totally messed up areas of my game before by trying this on smaller objects. Instead of buying decorations for my houses through an NPC in a usual way I once tried to place my own furniture in an empty house. Before doing so though, I tried to remove the cobwebs from the empty house in the manner that Valkasha suggested. If you accidentally click on something other than the mannequin you can have some very unexpected results.

 

I once though I had disabled a cobweb and in fact I had accidentally clicked on the wall behind the cobweb and I deleted an entire wall from the inside of my house.

When that happens, simply type "enable" without clicking anything else.

It will reappear when you exit the console.

 

 

Since mannequins only appear in player-houses, simply open each one in the CK and remove them.

yeah you should always use setscale first to make sure you have the right thing selected
