wtmc Posted September 23, 2014 Share Posted September 23, 2014 Hello all, I recently installed the RR Companions Vault mod. When I tried to enter the Vault, the game crashed. I reloaded and attempted to enter Megaton, and the game crashed again. Fallout even crashed on me when I tried to save my game. I have since removed the Companions Vault mod, yet the problem persists. What could be the problem? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that made no difference.
