Pronam
Microsoft seems to have gotten out their own decent screen capturer. It's part of a software called Expression Encoder and it has a free version with certain limits (10 minutes/lack of codecs) and it requires a download of .net framework 4 (the installer will provide a link to it.). However, it seems something that could compete with fraps. It's of course, less user friendly as fraps. You'd have to start the recording before using oblivion(and the resolution has to be set as the same of the game.) and quit it to stop it (Or Alt-Tabbing.) and change a few settings to be able to capture it properly. You've got only a few export settings. Still, it seemed something interesting to tell as fraps's free version only offers 60 seconds and a watermark. I don't know how new this program is, but I didn't saw someone say a word about it yet .Being combined or actually part of an editor with might be a pro or con, I'm not sure about it yet. I didn't use it as I have my own.

ub3rman123
I think we need to tally up a list of Microsoft's clones.. Let's see, Bing, Kinect, Internet Explorer 8 (Yes, that's a clone, IE7 wasn't), Expression Encoder, the XBox 360.. That's all I can think of.
