Question about enchanting

So I'm just messing around in the game world and having fun. I want to increase my stats over the 100 limit, and the only way I can think of to do that is through enchanted items. A friend of mine told me a long time ago that he'd enchanted items to give him like 255 magica and willpower and strength, but I don't see how he did that since each item can only be enchanted once with a maximum of like 10 or something. Is there a way to enchant a ring or a necklace multiple times, or is there something I can enchant that will give me the stat bonus when it's just sitting in my inventory?

UI tweak like Raised Spellmaking/Enchantment Limits(x3) or Spellmaking Limits x10 allows you to make your own cheat item, though you have to encrease soulgem values as well(like Compleat Enchanter) Also, there're some multiple enchantment mods around:

- Advanced Magecraft

- Enchantment Enhanced

- Enchantment Mastery

- Multiple Enchantments

- Multiple Enchantment Effects on Apparel

All of these mods require OBSE.

**Raising stats without enchantment:

You can use console command 'setAV' to set stat parameters. UESP Wiki - CS Wiki
